I live in Gilbert (13 years) and my garage door spring decided to break, last night. I googled "garage door repair, Gilbert, AZ" and Spring Master was the one I picked to call, and I am very glad I did.
Wayne said he would be at my door at 7am in the morning, and that is exactly what he did. I was very very impressed with his quality of his work. He not only replaced the spring, but without asking, he tightened the drive belt and two loose bolts that secured the door brackets. He explained everything he did to make the door secure and safe. His customer service is excellent, and the pricing was very good, as well.
If you want to be confident that you received good service on any garage door work......this is the guy you want. I only wish that all the service people out there were as honest, reliable and provided such quality of work, as Wayne.

My wife and I agree our new LiftMaster garage door opener is actually better than the 3 year old Genie that needed to be replaced - it's quieter, much higher quality and comes with a lifetime motor and belt warranty.
In addition, Wayne was efficient in making the repair and also very helpful in programming the remotes and ensuring that my new key pad worked correctly as well.
He demonstrated high professionalism in his interaction with me as the customer and never tried any bait and switch techniques.

SpringMaster just repaired our garage door. Their work was outstanding, reasonably priced and very prompt. I called him at 7AM and the repairs were done by 2PM the same afternoon. If your a snow bird like I am and don't know who to ccall you cannot go wrong by calling SpringMaster and put your trust with Wayne Marmon. Trust me on this one.
